At Fitness Halpers our goal is to ensure fitness for life. A fitness assessment will be performed before your first session in order to create the appropriate
program based on your fitness level,  goals,  your body’s needs and time constraints. Each session is 50 minutes in duration. Our trainers keep you focused and accountable, guiding you through every step and teaching you the proper techniques to achieve optimal results. 


SEMI-PRIVATE/PARTNER TRAINING (2-4)​
